1. Acceptance
By using the dEz Hair app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose of the service
dEz Hair is a style-exploration tool that helps users visually preview hairstyles and color variants, compare looks, save favorites and create results.
3. Simulation; no guarantee of real-world results
Virtual hairstyle previews are simulations and do not guarantee a real-world outcome. Hair density, texture, color, lighting, facial proportions, products and salon technique can change the result. Match scores and style cards are inspiration and planning tools, not professional, medical or cosmetic advice.
4. User responsibility
Decisions about haircuts, coloring, products, salons or other real-world services remain the user’s responsibility. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for any photo you use or share and must not use another person’s image without authorization.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, security abuse, unauthorized automation or conduct intended to damage the app or its supporting services.
6. dEz PRO and subscriptions
PRO subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and renew or cancel under Google Play terms. Current plans, prices and renewal details are shown during purchase. Purchase restoration is supported.
7. Advertising and third parties
The free tier may include third-party advertising services. Google Play, advertising providers, payment services, sharing destinations, salons and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
The dEz Hair brand, app design, text, code and our visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Ownership of user-selected photos remains with the user or relevant rights holder.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dEz Hair is not liable for indirect consequences arising from haircut, color, product, salon or similar decisions based on a virtual preview. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Changes and contact
